BILLING 

We ask you keep your billing and shipping address the same. Make sure you're entering in the correct billing address that's associated with your bank card 

If you don't enter the correct billing address your card won't process payment. If you see a pending transaction on your card, after being declined, it will fall off. It only shows you attempted to make the transaction.

 

PROCESSING AND SHIPPING 

Processing takes 1-3 Business days. Processing occurs Monday-Friday.

(If you ordered on Friday after 2pm your order will be processed on the next business day which is Monday.) We ask you keep your billing and shipping address the same. Make sure you're entering in the correct billing address associated with the card. 

 

Standard Shipping is 5-7 Business day. (after processing time.)

 

TRACKING NUMBERS

After receiving a shipping email, allow 24-48 hrs via email for tracking number and tracking update

 

REFUND POLICY 

NO refunds all sales are FINAL.
